General Terms and Conditions for
the WANDERLUST BOUTIQUE ROOMS
as of January 17th, 2024
In principle, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006, see link below) as of 15 November 2006 apply for our Wanderlust Boutique Rooms. The following deviations from the AGBH 2006 are expressly agreed:
ad §4. Start and end of accomodation
Start: 4.30 p.m. on the date of arrival, end: 10.00 a.m. on the date of departure
ad §5. Rescission of the Accomodation Agreement by the Proprietor
If the Guest Party has made a down payment (see 3.3), the rooms shall be deemed reserved until 10.00 a.m. on the day following the date of arrival at the latest.
The Proprietor may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 1 month before the agreed date of arrival of the Party.
ad §5. Rescission by the Guest Party – Cancellation fee
The Guest Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 14 days (23.59 p.m. on the 15th day) before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee. Later (from 12.00 p.m. on the 14th day) the Guest Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to 100% of the total agreed price as cancellation fees.
ad §5. Prevention from arrival
In case of a COVID-19 infection, the Guest Party has no right to compensation. The risk of a COVID-19 infection related prevention from arrival is, as all other diseases, on Guest Partys side. We highly recommend the Guest Party to take out an appropriate travel cancellation insurance.
ad §8. Loss of keys:
If the key(s) which are handed out to every guest at the beginning of the stay are lost, the keys will be replaced by the company Schachermayer and 100% of the replacement value has to be payed by the guest according to Schachermayer's invoice.
ad §13. Animals
Animals may not be brought to the accommodationg establishment without exception.
ad §14. Prolongation of the accommodation due to a prevention of departure by reason of an unforeseeable extraordinary event:
For this period the Proprietor shall be entitled to charge the price usually charged for accomodation.
ad §15. Termination of the Accommodation Agreement – Early cancellation:
The Accommodation Agreement is made for a definite term and shall end upon the expiry of such term. If the Guest Party leaves prematurely, the Proprietor shall be entitled to charge the total agreed remuneration.
The Proprietor shall be entitled to terminate the Accommodation Agreement with immediate effect for important reasons, particularly – and additionally to the other reasons mentioned in §15 - if the Guest Party and/or the Guest rejects the safety measures due to the COVID regulations such as entry tests (burden of proof of low epidemiological risk), mask requirements and distance control.
